Agropur is looking for a Talent Coordinator


Job Summary:

The Talent Coordinator assists with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development systems, processes and activities across Agropur's U.S. business, collaborating closely with the Talent and Human Capital Teams to support the organization.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Keep the staffing report up to date on behalf of the Director Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development, ensuring job posting statuses and recruiting figures, etc. are kept current.
  • Conduct monthly audits of posting and requisition alignment and submit to the Director Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development for review.
  • Assist in staffing logistics (inviting potential candidates, scheduling interviews, booking conference rooms, securing references, tracking and transmitting outcomes to the appropriate advisors, etc.).
  • Assist in posting open job positions internally and externally via the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring they are kept current.
  • Assist with Affirmative Action Plan reporting and plans.
  • Produce monthly I9 audit reports, employee referral program reports, background check, and drug test reports.
  • Produce various required reporting of talent acquisition, learning & development metrics, and performance factors.
  • Track invoices.
  • Lend assistance or expertise to develop special projects or improve processes.
  • Support and attend various campus and recruiting event job fairs.
  • Coordinate learning events (room reservations, food and equipment logistics, evaluation collection and summary).
  • Complete other HR functions, projects, and reports as needed.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that human resource programs support the long-term goals of the company.
  • Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Standards.
  • Safety Protocol
    • Stop any observed unsafe acts, and obey facility safety rules and procedures.
    • Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
    • Support safety policies and programs.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years related experience at the clerical level required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.


Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of office administration procedures and ability to operate most standard office equipment.
  • Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and HRIS systems software.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Good to excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and details and keep all work moving forward.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, establish priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, adapt to a changing environment quickly, and think independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
